Jim is the Director of the Center for Church Management. Jim has been working in Catholic education for more than 14 years as a practitioner and researcher. Jim’s research focuses on the relationship between student involvement and mission perception at Catholic Universities. Jim holds a B.A. in Theology from Loyola University in Maryland, an M.S. in Education from Neumann University, and an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
