Chesley Turner is the Director of the Center for Church Management in the Villanova School of Business. She was the first lay Director of the National Shrine of Saint Rita of Cascia in Philadelphia, where she worked closely with the Augustinian friars to expand its ministries and outreach. Prior to her role at the Shrine, Chesley garnered over a decade of experience in corporate travel marketing, always careful to find ways to share her skillset with her parish church. Chesley is a cantor at Old Saint Augustine church in Philadelphia. She has a Masters of Science in Church Management and a Bachelors in Art History.
