Madonna is an advancement professional with 40 years of experience. She is a fundraising generalist with experience in almost every facet of fundraising including annual and major giving, research and grant writing, volunteer management, special events, communications and board development.
Madonna currently serves as the Director of Advancement for the Augustinian Province of Saint Thomas of Villanova where she has been for three years and is responsible for a comprehensive fundraising program for the Province. Previously she worked at Villanova University for 13 years, 7 of which in the alumni relations office where she managed 50 alumni chapters across the country and 6 years as VSB’s associate dean for external relations. Before working for Villanova and the Augustinians, Madonna was the VP for Institutional Advancement at Rosemont College. She has worked tirelessly to advance the mission of every organization that she has worked for.
Madonna received her BA in Psychology and Education from Rosemont College and her Masters Degree in Educational Administration from Villanova. She is married, the mother of two sons, both Villanova graduates, and the proud grandmother of three.
