Matt is the Faculty Director of Villanova’s Center for Church Management and Master of Science (M.S.) in Church Management degree program. With a focus on organizational and team leadership, he is also a professor of practice in the Management and Operations Department of the Villanova University School of Business. Matt is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business with a B.S. in Economics, and an M.S. in Church Management from Villanova.

Alicia is an Assistant Professor in the Management and Operations Department of the Villanova University School of Business. She received her Ph.D. from the Fox School of Business, Temple University, and her research specialties include applied analytics, applied statistical methods, robust methods, and data mining.
